The space
The house consists of 5 independent rooms, a total of 70 m2 on a plot of 250 m2. The rooms are:
1. Living room / dining room
2. Master Bedroom
3. Bedroom
4. Kitchen
5. Toilet

All rooms are on the same level

All external windows and doors have been recently refurbished with aluminium, double glazing, blinds and mosquito nets.

In the two bedrooms there is a double bed in each and in the master bedroom there is an extra sofa/single bed. In the living room there are two sofas/double beds.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
There is a free connection to NETFLIX, via the Smart TV in the living room. In the master bedroom there is an extra 32'' TV.

In the bathroom there is a heater for hot water

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary for preparing and serving meals. There is a kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, espresso machine, toaster, blender, kettle for hot water, cooking utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, etc.

Depending on your mood and preferences, you can enjoy your breakfast and meals either in the indoor dining room, on the furnished terrace, in the furnished garden, or on the small kitchen terrace.
Guest access
Guests can use all indoor and outdoor areas of the house.
Other things to note
- There is a free parking lot across the street.

- The "Blue flag" awarded beach is 800 meters away, 3 minutes by car or 11 minutes on foot.
- During the summer months, the beach has a lifeguard, first aid and access for people with special needs.
- There are beach /cafe /snack bars, with sunbeds and umbrellas but also many trees next to the sea that provide a large and cool shade.
- Plaka beach is over 800 meters long and you can enjoy afternoon walks by the sea.

- The house is 150 meters or 2 minutes walk from the city center.
- Very close there are super markets, pharmacies, bakery, pastry shop and many cafes, restaurants, taverns, some of which are next to the sea, excellent for evening pleasures with family and friends.
