Among other places of interest, it is very close to the always lively Quintana square, Calero park, the Alcalá Norte shopping centre and the Pablo Neruda library. Tradition and avant-garde coexist in this urban transformation hub.

Located on the third floor, this cosy apartment with capacity for 4 people has one bedroom, living room, and a complete bathroom with shower. The magnificent and well-distributed living room consists of a dining area and a rest area with a comfortable sofa bed and a SmartTV.



Likewise, the modern kitchen integrated into this space is fully equipped with utensils and different appliances.



The room is spacious and cosy, with a comfortable double bed, a built-in wardrobe. The bedroom is very quiet and has plenty of natural light.

The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
