A traditional stone house. It is located in Neo Roino, a quiet village just 7km from the city of Nafplion. The residence is surrounded by a large outdoor area of 2,000 sq.m. with gardens, trees, paved courtyard with wooden patio and barbeque facility where you can enjoy the tranquility of nature.
It was reconstructed in May 2024, maintaining as dominant materials stone, wood and the high-ceilinged wooden tile roof.
It is located a few minutes from Nafplio, the archaeological sites of Argolis (Mycenae, the ancient theater of Epidaurus, Ancient Tiryns) as well as from its famous beaches (Tolo, Agios Nikolaos/Kondyli, Karathona, Arvanitia). At a distance of 2 km in the village of Agios Adrianos there is a mini market, a bakery and a cafe.
