Perched in the serene setting of Volimes, near Agios Nikolaos Bay, this bespoke luxury retreat is a sanctuary of wellness, relaxation, and intimate hospitality. Designed for those who appreciate the beauty in simplicity, this distinctive property offers expansive sea and pool views that capture the essence of its premium location. With 100m² of outdoor living space, including a private 25m² heated pool (with additional fee), alfresco dining area, and a portable electric BBQ, this home provides the perfect backdrop for cherished moments. Thoughtfully crafted for couples or small families, it comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it an idyllic spot to unwind and connect with loved ones in the magical ambiance of Zakynthos. Nestled amidst the serene beauty of the Mediterranean, the villa is surrounded by ancient olive trees, some of which are over 400 years old. These majestic trees, with their gnarled trunks and silver-green leaves, create a timeless landscape, offering both shade and a profound sense of history. Guests are invited to relax in the tranquil gardens, where the aroma of olive groves fills the air, blending rustic charm with comfort.

*Important Note: The home is part of a complex with two adjacent suites, each featuring its own entrance, pool, and facilities. While privacy is prioritised, some areas may be overlooked.

External Living | Private Heated Pool & BBQ
Set against the backdrop of stunning sea views, this villa’s secluded and private setting is an irresistible haven for guests of all ages. The property boasts a 25m² private swimming pool with 1.40m2 depth (can be heated with additional fee), complete with plush sun-beds, a comfortable lounge area, and a charming outdoor dining space. Guests can soak up the sun on the loungers before enjoying al fresco barbecues (portable electric) under the enchanting hues of the sunset. Spanning 100m² of outdoor space, the villa is surrounded by captivating grounds and is conveniently located a short drive from the sea, as well as the restaurants and shops of Agios Nikolaos Bay. Private parking is available on the premises for added convenience. This retreat is part of an exclusive complex, with one other suite nearby, each featuring its own pool and facilities, ensuring privacy while offering luxury.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 50€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Internal Living | Beds&Baths

Upon entering, you are greeted by a design-led living-cum-lounge area, where an open-plan layout showcases stunning pool and sea views. The fully equipped kitchen, with direct access to the pool, invites culinary creativity, making every meal a delight. The atmosphere within is enchanting, blending comfort and style, with a 44’’ smart TV (Netflix available) for cozy movie nights and an appointed open-plan bedroom (no doors) with an en-suite bathroom, creating the perfect setting for a dream-filled getaway. The sensory-designed living room invites you to unwind, with the shimmering pool just outside your window, offering a serene view as you relax on the sofa with a good book. The bedroom also offers direct access to the pool, enhancing the connection between the indoors and outdoors. This exclusive home comfortably accommodates two guests in a King Size Bed (1.80x2.00), with additional space for two more guest to sleep on the 2 available sofa beds in the living room (0.80x1.90). For families, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request, with our compliments.

Agios Nikolaos is also a port that you can use to get to Kefalonia or to Shipwreck Beach and the blue caves. A wide varitety of boat trips & water sports are available to enjoy.

*TO DINE : Klondirakis Fish Tavern is a must visit place in Volymes. Orizontes restaurant is also a great option and close to the villa. Another unique restaurant to try is Nobelos Bio Restaurant, a delightfully based next to the water- front and offers instant access to the sea through its privately paved terrace restaurant bar.
