Enjoy a delightful stay in my modern stylish 3 bedroom detached house for your Cleethorpes trip. The unit is equipped with heating, hi speed Wifi, fully equipped hi spec kitchen, Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and Disney+, large garden and dedicated parking to make your stay comfortable. Our house is less than 5 minutes walk away from the beach, shops, cafes, restaurants, bars and nightclubs. A great location for you to discover Cleethorpes the best way. Whole Ground floor is a large open plan Lounge, Kitchen/Diner, beautifully modern and stylish with seating for 6, a 43" 4K HD Samsung Smart TV with complimentary Netflix and Disney+. Kitchen/Diner with NEFF Double Oven and Gas Hob, NEFF Integrated American Fridge + Freezer, NEFF Dishwasher, Microwave and dining table for 6 guests, washing machine, tumble dryer, Tassimo Coffee Machine, Kettle and Toaster, Dyson Vacuum, Iron and Ironing board. Child stair gates at both the top and bottom of the stairs for you families safety, high chair and travel cot. Beautiful Family Bathroom - full size bath with rainfall shower, hand basin and WC.
King size sprung and memory foam mattress in Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2 can be configured as either King Bed or Twin Singles with memory foam mattresses, Single bed with memory foam mattress in Bedroom 3.
High speed cable broadband/WIFI (300MB), Nest Thermostat and 3 x Nest Protect smoke and CO2 alarms for your safety and comfort and USB sockets located throughout the property.
Outside a private drive for two vehicles, level access to the front door (no steps) and large rear garden with artificial grass, patio and basketball hoop.
We offer self check in or meet and greet whichever is your preference and are contactable throughout your stay via messaging or by phone should you have any questions or issues.
In a very popular residential area of Cleethorpes within a 5 minute walk to the Victorian jewel in Cleethorpes shopping/eating/drinking crown - Sea View Street, the sea front, beaches and 5 to 10 minute walk to the shops on St. Peters Avenue. There is wide variety of great places to eat and drink within less than 5 minute's walk. Bus stop a couple of hundred metres away, Cleethorpes Train Station approx 5 to 10 minute walk.

Cleethorpes has been a great place to visit for many years – since the advent of the railways in fact, as it was the Victorians who began to visit for the medicinal waters and the sea air! Not much has changed in that regard. Thousands flock each year to enjoy our beautiful beaches and pretty coastal resort.
Great for families, couples, explorers and those who like to be active both on and off the water, there's something for everyone. With over four miles of golden sandy beaches to discover, you can experience the seaside your way. Head to the quieter areas at the Fitties or Marine Embankment beaches which are bustling with nature and wildlife and great for dog walkers, or make it a traditional holiday with sandcastles, donkeys, paddling in the tide and 99’s along the Central Prom.
Families love to stay and play in Cleethorpes. Leisure facilities include an indoor pool with flume slide, outdoor paddling pool and sandpit, boating lake with ducks and geese, four miniature golf courses, two bowling alleys, a nine-screen cinema, children’s indoor play areas, one of Britain’s oldest seaside miniature railways and a land train that can take you from one end of the resort to the other.
Out on the water, join the vibrant water sports scene, for stand-up paddle boarding experiences, head to North Prom beach or Brighton Slipway on Central Prom beach. There’s a kitesurfing community down at Fitties beach where you can also find the Humber Mouth Yacht club.
With the Lincolnshire Wolds on our doorstep, you can walk, run or cycle through miles of awe-inspiring countryside.
