The building administration has placed towing notices throughout the parking areas. Any vehicle parked without the guest tag clearly displayed may be towed by the building administration, and Homely cannot be held responsible for any towing, fines, or related charges.
The guest parking tag must be returned before check-out. This is very important, as each tag is issued specifically by the building administrator and includes the administrator’s signature. Failure to return the tag may result in additional charge of 50eur

Parking: The price includes access to two parking spaces within the block, offering convenience and shelter for vehicles.

A spacious, well furnished very clean apartment. The hosts easy to communicate with and attentive. Just a 10 mins walk from the Vibrant St Julian’s centre yet in a residential area quite away from the late night action. Shop just round the corner. Never had the chance to use the pool though it looked fine. Recommend.
