Completely refurbished in 2023 and appointed with beautiful furnishings, this 2-room apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests across 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The living and dining area forms the heart of the apartment, featuring a sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, perfect for additional guests, along with a flat screen TV and air conditioning. This convivial space opens directly onto a private balcony of 6 m2, furnished with balcony furniture for outdoor relaxation. The 1 bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a comfortable and restful sleeping environment. The open kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space, providing a practical and elegant cooking area. The apartment also features 1 shower room with WC, completing the functional and well-considered layout of this charming property.
