On the ground floor, you will find an open living room furnished in a simple and cosy style, equipped with a digital TV and flat screen. From this space, you have direct access to the loggia. This level features 3 bedrooms: 2 rooms each appointed with 1 french bed, and 1 room with 2 beds. The ground floor kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor bathroom includes a bath, shower, and a hip bath.

The upper floor, accessed via a spiral staircase, offers a second living room also featuring a digital TV and flat screen, with its own exit to the loggia.
