We are committed to offering a clean, peaceful, and respectful environment for all our guests and neighbors. By booking this property, you agree to follow the rules below. Violations may result in additional charges, fines, or cancellation of your reservation without refund.

🔇 LOUD OR UNREASONABLE NOISE IS PROHIBITED
Any sound that crosses property lines at an unreasonable volume is illegal under Chapter 100 of the Jersey City Code of Ordinance and may result in fines of up to $1,000.

Please respect quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM, especially in outdoor areas. No loud music, shouting, or disruptive behavior is permitted.

🚭 NO SMOKING INDOORS

Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, hookah, marijuana, etc.) is strictly prohibited inside the property.

Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a $750 odor removal fee, including duct and upholstery cleaning.

🚫 NO DRUGS OR WEAPONS

We have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal drugs and weapons.
The presence or use of either will be reported to authorities immediately.

IMPORTANT: Smoking marijuana is strictly prohibited, both indoors and outdoors, anywhere on the property. If the smell is reported by neighbors or staff, your reservation will be immediately canceled, and you will be asked to vacate the unit.

Parties, gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited.

Jersey City enforces quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM for all short-term rentals.

Music must be kept at a reasonable level to avoid disturbing neighbors.

If any of these rules are broken, the reservation will be cancelled immediately and without refund.

Only registered guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property.
Unauthorized guests will result in a $250 penalty.

🚗 PARKING INFO – READ CAREFULLY

Street parking available (subject to availability; please check street cleaning schedules).

I advise you if you want to find parking it may be before 5pm which is easier but it is not a guarantee of obtaining it.

Street parking is not guaranteed. Guests are responsible for parking correctly and following all local regulations. We are not responsible for tickets, fines, or towing resulting from improper parking.

Mon & Thu: 1–3 PM (side of the house)
Tue & Fri: 1–3 PM (opposite side)
Wed: Park on either side – no cleaning

⚠️ Failure to move your vehicle during street cleaning will result in a fine. We are not responsible for tickets.

Please keep the heater between 72–75°F at all times during winter.
Do not turn it off, as this may affect the temperature balance and system function.

🧹 LEAVE THE SPACE IN ORDER

Please leave the apartment in the same condition you found it:

Wash or rinse any used dishes, glasses, and pots

Do not leave trash scattered around

Tidy up the beds

Collect used towels and place them in the laundry basket provided in each bedroom

🔺 If the apartment is left excessively dirty, with damage, stains, or broken appliances, an additional fee of $100 or more may apply.
