The house
Small, nice house of 40 sqm - all-year-round insulated - on a private 1500 sqm plot, where the hosts live separately in the main house house.PGJyPg
The home has its own wooden terrace (facing southwest), with a view of a small lake.

There is a large lawn, playhouse, trampoline for older children. The garden is generally shared with the hosts who live in the main house.

The house is a small, cosy house, with "everything you need" in everyday life:

- Kitchen-living room with small sofa bed, dining table with space for 4 people and small TV

- Bedroom with double bed (120 x 200 cm), and 2 wardrobes 60x200 cm, as well as a chest of drawers with 3 drawers and TV (43").

- Bedroom with 2 single beds (2x 80x200 cm).

- Small bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and underfloor heating.

- White goods: Dishwasher, microwave, regular oven, extractor hood, washing machine and dryer (combi), vacuum cleaner and floor scrubber (combi)

- Both TVs have connected oggle Chromecast for streaming your own streaming services via your phone.

An air-to-air heat pump is installed in the house, which provides a nice comfortable heat in winter, and which functions as air conditioning in summer.
Guest access
The home has its own wooden terrace (southwest facing = lots of sun), with a view of a small lake.
In addition, the home has an undisturbed lawn only for the residents of the house.

There is a larger lawn with flowers and trees (1200 m2), as well as a playhouse and trampoline for older children.
The large lawn/garden is generally shared with the hosts who live in the main house.

Very clean, easy check in, close to groceries, bus and train if walking. Beautiful yard. Owner checked in several times via text to see if we needed anything. Would recommend for a couple or small family.
