This stylish place to stay is perfect for professionals.
A spacious, modern apartment close to Weybridge train station with direct links into London. A lovely walk into Weybridge village that has a good choice of cafes and restaurants. Brooklands Business Park is a short drive away along with many other touristy spots making it a desirable place to stay. This gorgeous apartment comes with underground private parking for 1 vehicle and EV charger (additional cost for each nightly EV charge).
The space
Welcome to our home. A ground floor two bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with secure underground parking and EV charger (additional cost for each nightly EV charge).
Once you enter the apartment you are welcomed into a lovely foyer which leads you into the open plan living area and the bedrooms.
A lovely size kitchen which is fully equipped with all the modern appliances and necessary cookware, making it easy for you to prepare home cooked meals. The dining area is perfect for cosy dinners/breakfasts and big enough for 4 people.
The living space has natural light from the large windows in the open-plan living area and a single and large sofa inviting you to relax while you enjoy your favourite shows on Netflix.
There is a lovely quiet courtyard that leads off the living room. It is a great space to relax, have a drink or read a book.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom with a super king bed is very comfortable and has plenty of space for your belongings.
The second bedroom has a double/king size bed.
Both bathrooms are modern and elegant. The ensuite has a large shower whilst the family bathroom has a bathtub.
Free secure underground parking
One of the great features of this property is the secure underground parking for one car. Additional cost for each nightly EV charge.
Dedicated work space in the second bedroom has a large desk and a screen for you to use. Free fast wifi in the property
Please note: NO PARTIES or SMOKING/VAPING inside or outside on the patio are allowed under any circumstances due to the rules of apartment building and respect to our neighbours. Any damages due to not following this will result in immediate removal from the premises and you will be ask to pay for any damage or services.
Guest access
The entire apartment is yours to use at your leisure. As we still use the home when travelling for business, there are some cupboards / areas that will have personal belongings. Please use the empty cupboards and draws. Please respect our home as it is yours. If anything breaks please ensure to let us know.

My property management team will be available 24/7 via, email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need. P. Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.’

Please respect your neighbours. NO PARTIES or you will be removed from the premises immediately by security. This is a strict policy of ours and you will not be due a refund. Any damages will be charged including lost keys / call out to open if you loose the keys or complaints from neighbours.
There is an additional cost for each nightly EV charge.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
