No smoking

No parties or events

No groups under 25 years of age are allowed

No pets allowed on the property

Quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Do not exceed the permitted occupancy limit: up to 6 guests (including children)

No trash or unwashed dishes should be left on the property after check-out, or an extra cleaning fee will be charged

Non-compliance with the rules may result in guests being expelled from the accommodation without a refund



TOURIST TAX

Payment is mandatory for all guests aged 16 and over.
