Discover its rich history, from WWII relics to quaint seaside heritage, making it an ideal family getaway. The location is a perfect base for exploring nearby attractions like Gunwharf Quays, Hayling Fun Fair, and The Billy Trail.
Welcome to Spinnakers, a modern, two-storey home that offers stylish accommodations with breathtaking views of the South Coast. The house features a striking design, including a cantilevered top floor with a mix of rendered and cedar-clad elevations, complemented by extensive glazing. The lower level boasts an acrylic rendered construction with external insulation.
Walk up the stairs, enter the property into the hallway. To your right, you'll find a charming bedroom featuring a double bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and plenty of storage space. Down the corridor, there's a delightful bedroom with bunk beds and a slide, complete with an ensuite bathroom and scenic garden views. Further along, the master bedroom awaits, offering a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a bath, and a patio with views of the garden and the distant sand dunes of West Wittering. To the left of the corridor, you'll find the utility room equipped with a washer and dryer.
On the upper floor, you'll discover a beautifully appointed living area with ample seating, a smart TV, and breathtaking views. The dining area comfortably seats six, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, electric hob, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. Enjoy the lovely side deck on warmer days and relax on the balcony overlooking the garden with its stunning vistas.
Adjacent to the kitchen, is a cloakroom and a concealed playroom with a smart TV, ideal for leisurely mornings.
The rear garden, beautifully landscaped by The Outdoor Room in 2017, features a variety of architectural shrubs and a BBQ area. A paved pathway leads from the rear terrace to a decked platform with a sail canopy, creating a perfect spot to relax near the water's edge, defined by a low timber wall. The highlight of the garden is its seamless transition into the sea, offering direct access to a shallow tidal lagoon.
Convenient parking is available at the front of the property. You will have exclusive access to the entire home, with professional management services ensuring cleanliness, fresh linens, and towels between each stay. Remote self-check-in allows for flexible arrival times, and our 24/7 guest support is available to assist you during your visit.
Upon arrival, complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits await you, providing a warm welcome after a long journey. We provide fresh white bedding and towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person) and offer miniature travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Additionally, a kitchen pack is included, featuring essentials such as kitchen roll, Jeyes cloths, sponges, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towels, washing pods, and dishwasher tablets. Loo rolls are also provided for your convenience. Should you require more supplies, a Co-Op is just a short drive away.
We welcome pets in our property, but kindly review the Pet section under 'Other things to note' before booking to ensure compliance with our guidelines.
Guests have access to entire home.
Private parking is available in the driveway, and the nearest bus stop is just a short walk away. Havant train station is the closest option for rail travel.
Check In / Check Out
Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule.
Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.
Cots and High Chairs
Please let us know if you would like us to provide a cot and high chair. There will be a charge of £20 per stay. Please note that we do not provide cot bedding so please bring your own.
Pets
One small, well behaved dog is welcome to join you on your holiday in the property, for an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance with the details of your pet (breed/age).
- Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
- Please do not allow them upstairs or on the furniture.
- Please clear up after them in the garden and around the property.
- Muddy paws should be cleaned before they are allowed in the house.
- Please do not leave them alone in the property.
- The garden is not secure for pets

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
