This lovely one bedroom apartment located just 2 kilometers away from the Old Town Dubrovnik is a perfect place to spend your vacation.

Luggage storage before check in is available.
Pets are allowed with additional charge of 10 euros per day (please don't leave the pets unattanted).
Private parking is available (reservation is needed).

Equipped perfectly for two people it features air-conditioning, flat-screen TV and WiFi. There is a private bathroom and an equipped kitchen with dining area. Guest can choose between twin or double bed set up.
Furnished terraces are a great place to enjoy warm and sunny days.

This is a perfect holiday flat for two people, Located approx 20 minutes walk from the busy old city, and approximately 5 minutes walk from a very tranquil and sheltered bay - and beach, The flat is clean, the kitchen with all sorts of equipment, separate shower and toilet, nice sleeping room with large windows out towards your own sheltered balcony/terrace, The couple who owns the flat is a very very kind and helpful multilingual couple, They don't know what good to do to you, We felt really welcome, and they were helpful with all sorts of things - guiding, advice regarding the surroundings and even transport to/from the airport, A kind and very very nice couple, The the flat has a separate entrance at the side of the house, surrounded by palm trees and lovely flowers, Really a perfect choice for those who like to live centrally though not right in the center, and who enjoy a peaceful life away from the busiest part of the town,

We had the best stay in Dubrovnic at Zdenka and Josip's flat, The place is clean, comfortable and very well equipped, Even with the scorching heat outside, it was always cool and nice inside, and there is a lovely terrace with a great view, The flat is super well located, There is a restaurant next door (we haven't eaten there, so can't comment on the food) and there is a bakery and other shops nearby, A bigger supermarket is within walking distance, The walk to Dubrovnik's old town takes 10-15 min down the hill, and to go back there is a bus to take you up the hill, which stops very close, Josip and Zdenka are absolutely lovely and the perfect hosts, They are both very friendly and provided us with lots of useful unformation about what to visit, publich transport, etc, They were very flexible with our checking in and stored our luggage for a few hours after we checked out, Josip provides a taxi service from the airport for a reasonable price, and very kindly drove us to the harbour for free when we were leaving, He also surprised us with a bowl of delicious homegrown apricots! We would certainly recommend their place and would stay there again,

Es war total toll, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen und es gibt eine Bushaltestelle direkt an der Straße. Das Appartment bietet alles was man braucht und es ist sehr schön auf der Terrasse zu sitzen. Wir wurden so herzlich begrüßt von den Eigentümern :)
