This beautiful studio with terrace is located in city of Split, only 10 minutes from the city center and famous promenade Riva Split where you can enjoy beautiful sea view, magnificent sunsets and experience true Dalmatian culture and history.

Studio features private entrance and terrace with outdoor furniture.
Luggage storage is possible prior to check in and after check out.

Please note***Only children older then two years are welcome at the property. All children under two years can not be accommodated at the property.***

Studio features free wifi, air condition, flat screen TV and cable TV, so as kitchen equipped with stove, oven, dishes, water kettle, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher and dining area and closet, as well as bathroom with washing machine, hair dryer and cleansers. Guests can enjoy their staying on terrace with outdoor furniture. Private entrance is provided.
This studio apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 2 persons.

Due to property's excellent position, situated just 50 meters from the supermarket, bank and pharmacy, so as 60 meters from bus stop, guests can find everything needed for everyday life during their vacation, in a vicinity of the property. Restaurant is only 200 meters away, while post office is 300 meters distant from the property. The beach can be found in 850 meters away, whilst gas station is 2 km distant from the property.

Split airport is 21.5 km away., while Ferry port and Main bus terminal are 4 km away.

A wonderful host, the apartment was a delight with plenty of equipment in it, in fact it is better equipped than my home,\nThe host was only a text message away and always ready to offer help and assistance if needed,\nThe bus into Split is the number 8 and stops 200 metres from the apartment, a supermarket, bakery, fishmonger, pharmacy, restaurant and several bars and cafes can be found just before the bus stop,\nThe beach is a couple of minutes stroll down from the mentioned amenities and there are plenty of choices of quiet to lively beaches that stretch all the way to Split city, a slow stroll to Split will take approximately 60 minutes walking along the sea front,\nThere is a slight hill from the beach back to the apartment that should be mentioned but it',s no problem unless you really have serious walking problems,\nThe host is a lovely lady and made us so welcome, we had supplies in the fridge, in the kitchen and bathroom, it was like staying at your favourite Croatian aunties house, just wonderful and relaxing,

De terrassen was zo'n leuke toevoeging, perfect voor ochtendkoffie en avondzonsondergangen, De plek had alles wat we nodig hadden, de keuken was goed uitgerust en we waardeerden de airconditioning omdat het buiten een beetje warm was, Bovendien was de nabijheid van het stadscentrum een enorme bonus voor het verkennen van Split, Zeker aan te raden!!
