Charming apartment with exceptional view, 200 m from gondola

Enjoy an exceptional view of the mountains from the balcony, perfect for catching the afternoon sun. Only 200 meters from the ski lift. With free parking right next to the entrance of the building. The apartment offers a spacious and cozy living space with direct access to the balcony, consisting of a living room with sitting area and a fully equipped open kitchen with dining area. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The tranquil and secluded balcony offers a beautiful view.

The apartment is approximately 45m2 and can accommodate up to 6 people. It’s fully equipped; a coffee machine for filter coffee, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, hob, raclette machine, television, washing machine and dryer. There is a master bedroom with two single beds, a bunk bed in the hall and a sofa bed in the living room. There is also a shower with sink and a separate toilet.

Although the apartment offers board games, a television and beautiful surroundings, there is no Wi-Fi available.

Situated on the periphery of the center, the l'Hermine building offers convenient parking, perfect for easy luggage transfer. The building is equipped with an elevator, and a personal ski locker is available for your use.

About Oz
Oz en Oisans is a charming, intimate ski resort equipped with ample amenities for an enjoyable stay. The use of a car is not required as the village boasts restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, a supermarket, a butcher, a bakery, a ESF skischool and even childcare facilities.The apartment is situated near the village center. Parking is free. You can park your car next to the building. The building has an elevator.
Gondolas, and lifts connect Oz to the grand ski domain of Alpe D' Huez, Vaujany/Oz ski areas, and a new lift connects Allemond in the valley to Oz.
A quick gondola ride gives you access to the vast and varied Ski area of over 250 km in the Grande Ski Domain of Alp D'Huez as well as Oz/Vaujany and offers the unique challenge of the longest black run in Europe, La Sarenne.

For ardent cyclists, Oz bike park, a part of the Alp d’Huez Grande Domain, (a French Cycling Federation area) offers 269 km of marked trails and a new gondola connecting Allemond in the valley up to Oz Station. Cycle hire is also available.

Please note: The village is “open” during the ski season (December to April) and the summer season (July and August.) At other times, the shops and ski lifts are closed. There are shops open in the valley (20min drive) and the apartment is available to stay in, but there is little going on in the village. Obviously there are still great walks and beautiful scenery to enjoy.
