12 person holiday home in Væggerløse-By Traum

This modern vacation home from 2024 offers 128 m² of living space and a separate annex with an additional 10 m². The house's extensive amenities include an outdoor whirlpool and sauna (electric) as well as an activity room with air hockey, darts, billiards, and a PlayStation 4. You will be staying in the popular Marielyst, only about 900 m from the beautiful sandy beach. The cozy living room is open plan with a modern fitted kitchen, which includes an induction stove, separate oven, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. The living room has a smart TV with Danish TV channels and Wi-Fi. Enjoy the sun outside on the terrace in the garden furniture or a warm bath in the outdoor whirlpool. A partially covered terrace area is available for barbecues. You can also end your day in the wood-fired sauna in the outdoor area. The entire house has comfortable underfloor heating and is heated by a climate-friendly air-to-water heat pump. There are four bedrooms, divided into three rooms with double beds and one room with bunk beds for three people. In addition, there is a double bed and a single bed in the annex. The vacation home has two bathrooms, each equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower. No rentals to youth groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
