Welcome to Bespace Property Management's modern and minimalist serviced apartments at Kaizen, B70 6BU, where comfort meets convenience. Located on the 2nd and 8th floors, our apartments offer stunning views, with the 8th-floor units providing breathtaking vistas over Sandwell Valley.
We offer a range of apartment sizes to suit different needs, from cosy studios for two, one-bedroom units with optional extra beds, to spacious two- and three-bedroom apartments accommodating up to 7 guests. Some units also feature workstations, ideal for business travellers.
Each apartment is designed for your comfort, featuring fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms with showers, and, in the two- and three-bedroom units, an additional en-suite bathroom. All apartments come with washer-dryers, dishwashers, clean towels, soap, and cleaning equipment. For entertainment, every apartment has a TV with Freeview, and our smart TVs allow you to log into your personal Netflix or Prime accounts.
Guests enjoy fast broadband throughout the building and can access the property using modern mobile phone-based entry systems, ensuring a seamless and secure stay.
Our building provides 24/7 access to the gym (treadmill, bike, weights, and rowing machine) and the lounge room, perfect for relaxing or meeting others. The game room features billiards, table tennis, and foosball. Please note that access to the gym and lounge is available upon signing a waiver.
For guests arriving by car, parking is available. All guests must provide car registration details before check-in to ensure smooth access.
Situated just off the M5 and 15 minutes by car from Birmingham City Centre, the property is well-connected by public transport.
