Historic Charm with Modern Comforts: Originally designed for the making and repair of casks used to store rum, salt, and fresh water, the Factory Cooperage has been thoughtfully transformed into a series of unique townhouses. Every effort has been made to preserve the building's historic character and original features, such as exposed stone and brickwork, crittal windows, vaulted ceilings, and exposed iron roof structures and columns.
