A small, comfortable room in the city center. Very close to downtown, with a friendly and respectful atmosphere.We welcome travelers—whether for study, work, or leisure—who are looking for a safe, clean place where guests respect one another, all at an affordable price.
The Space
The place is simple but comfortable.It has everything you need for a peaceful stay. There may be some traffic noise, since we’re in the downtown area. I guarantee your safety—I’m very careful about who stays with us, and we strive to foster respect and integrity in a harmonious environment.
Guest Access
We offer a laundry service for an extra fee. There’s a small restaurant open Wednesday through Saturday, where they brew the best craft beer in the region.
Other Highlights
Please note: I don’t have a parking lot; the one you see on the property belongs to the restaurant, to which I don’t have access. I have two small dogs as pets; they sometimes wander near the rooms but don’t bite or make a mess.The shower is electric.


Request: Please do not bring space heaters, grills, or other electrical appliances that consume extra electricity into the room.Do not wash clothes in the shower, sink, or buckets. Do not bring in alcoholic beverages or drugs.
