New to Vrbo ,Little Woodside is a stunning newly listed NewForestholiday let offering a private annexe alongside beautiful Woodside cottage .

The annexe is yours for the stay and not part of the main house to be clear . You have your own side entrance so can come and go freely with private parking .The annexe is decorated to a very high spec and has all the mod cons you will need inc sky tv ,upstairs double bed with ensuite and gorgeous lounge downstairs to relax in .We are 5 mins from the station and a short drive to the coast and forest .Simply lovely ! very peaceful and very private .

Ted the cockapoo is the loyal fluffy guard dog ! hope you come and stay at this lovely property .

Polite Rules of Little Woodside :
No extra guests are permitted on the property at any time
Please park in front of the garage ( close and to the left )
No loud music or any smoking on the property
Please wash up any dishes /cups used
The let is for the internal annexe only.Not the patio or our private garden are please .If we are not using ,you are welcome to use for sun down drinks .
Any damage or spillage ,please inform Mike immediately so we can get it cleaned .
Any aspects of your stay you are not happy with ,please let me know at the start ,rather than at the end ,so we can put it right and you leave Little Woodside wanting to return ! Check in is after 3pm and check out is 10am strict due to afternoon changeover .

We are situated on the corner of Ashley in New Milton down a private no through lane so its incredibly peaceful.
We look out onto a lovely allotment and the back onto a wood where we get loads of wild life and deer are seen early mornings .
We are 5 minutes drive to Barton on sea bach ,10 Minutes from the open New Forest of Brockenhurst ,Boldre Wood and Rhinefield ornamental drive .Beaulieu motor museum and Exbury near attractions ..Southbourne beach is worth the 20 min drive ,Mudeford and Henglesbury head just beautiful.lymington and its many shops and Saturday market .Christchurch ,East End ,Boldre,Milford on Sea,Key Haven,so much to see and do in the area ! its fab and loads of and local restaurants .

Pets. We permit one small dog ( charge £20) .Owners must not allow dogs on the bed or sofa and make sure muddy paws are cleaned. Any damage is your responsibility and chargeable. We run an honesty policy please.
