Convenience in an upscale neighborhood
This place had everything we needed for a 6 week stay and it was incredibly easy to get around without a car using taxis, Uber and walking. Plenty of green space and next to an (overpriced but lovely) exclusive dining & shopping area. Super comfortable king size bed, large closets, bathrooms had good showers with plenty of hot water. Small but adequate kitchen. The only downside is that it's close enough to the freeway and its toll plaza that it was pretty noisy at certain times of day. Very friendly and helpful management and security staff.
