The space
Enjoy the luxury of two private balconies, perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring the city. It’s a two minutes walk to the 5, 14, and 19 trams. A five minutes walk to Roma Prenestina Station, where you can take the train that will bring you to Roma Tiburtina Station in 5 minutes and Roma Termini Station in 9 minutes to (with a direct connection to the International Airport Leonardo Da Vinci Roma Fiumicino). It’s just a few minutes walk to subway station Teano, line C.
In less than half an hour, you will be in the City centre to visit museums and monuments, and in the evening, you can enjoy the nearby neighborhoods, the center of the new Roman nightlife.

The air conditioning, as mentioned, is in the common open space near the balcony, you can’t see in the pictures because it is new. Therefore, to cool or heat the rooms, it is necessary to keep the doors open.

Public Transportation:
• 2-minute walk: Tram stop for lines 5 and 14, which go to Roma Termini Station (with connections to metro lines A and B), Pigneto, and Centocelle.
• 2-minute walk: Tram stop for line 19, which goes to the Vatican with intermediate stops throughout the city.
• 5-minute walk: Teano metro stop on line C towards San Giovanni (with connections to metro line A going directly to the Vatican and Roma Termini Station), Pigneto, and Centocelle.
• 5-minute walk: Prenestina Station with direct trains to Roma Termini Station and Roma Tiburtina Station.
Many other buses and trains are available.
You can also easily get around with rental electric bikes and scooters.

How to reach the main places of interest:
• Roma Termini Station
Roma Termini Station is one of the two main railway hubs in the city. From Prenestina Station, which is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, it can be reached by train in 9 minutes. Alternatively, if the train schedules do not match your needs, it can be reached by tram lines 5 or 14, whose stop is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment, or by metro, taking line C from Teano station (a 5-minute walk from the apartment) to San Giovanni station where you can change to line A to Termini.
• Roma Tiburtina Station
Roma Tiburtina Station is the second main railway hub in the city. From Prenestina Station, which is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, it can be reached by train in 5 minutes. Alternatively, if the train schedules do not match your needs, it can be reached by buses 409 and 545, whose stop is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
• Leonardo da Vinci International Airport (Rome Fiumicino)
The "Leonardo da Vinci" Airport in Rome Fiumicino is the main airport of the city. It can be reached from Roma Termini Station by the direct "Leonardo Express" train in half an hour and from Roma Tiburtina Station by regional train in 45 minutes.
• Rome City Center (Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Navona, Villa Borghese, Vatican City)
The historic city center is easily reachable by metro from Teano station on line C, with a change to line A at San Giovanni station. Alternatively, the Metro line can be taken directly from Roma Termini Station. The center can also be reached by tram line 19.
• Colosseum and Imperial Forums
The Colosseum and the Imperial Forums can be reached by metro from Roma Termini Station or alternatively by taking any of the trams passing by the stop adjacent to the apartment (5, 14, 19) with a change at "Porta Maggiore" stop where you can take line 3L which arrives at the Colosseum in a few minutes.
• Pigneto and Centocelle
Both neighborhoods can be reached on foot, by metro with just two stops from Teano station, by any of the trams passing by the stop adjacent to the apartment (5, 14, 19), or by renting a bike or an electric scooter.
• Castelli Romani
The Castelli Romani area can be reached by the "Castelli Romani Line" from Roma Termini Station and by many regional trains from both Roma Termini and Roma Tiburtina stations.

Check IN and Check OUT policy:
Based on the arrival time, the check-in and first access will be conducted in person with the Host or via a security code provided on the day of arrival and a camera placed outside the residence to identify guests and verify the accuracy of their ID.

Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: by 10:00 AM

It is not possible to arrive before the scheduled check-in time or leave luggage at the property before the scheduled check-in time or after the scheduled check-out time unless previously agreed upon based on the property’s availability.
Check-in procedures, which also include reporting occupants to the police accommodation portal in accordance with current regulations, are carried out using the Vikey software. Guests will receive a link upon booking, where they must enter their personal details and upload their documents.
On the day of check-in, a phone number will be provided to address any needs.
