Villa Veluri is a very elegant and cozy home with 149 square meters of living space situated on a 427 square meter private, fenced lot, and it can comfortably accommodate 6+1 people. It is a perfect holiday home from where you can explore this lovely area of Split and Trogir.

Here is a thorough layout of everything that is provided just for you, both indoors and out:

* The outdoor area features a private 9 x 3 m heated swimming pool (Please note that the pool water temperature, even with heating, can be affected by weather conditions and seasons. Therefore, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.) with a shallow end perfect for your youngest guests (the whole area of the pool is 27 sqm). The sun deck area features six sundeck chairs, an outdoor shower, a barbecue area with a kitchen top and sink, a shaded outdoor dining area with ambient lighting and a grassy area with a kids' section with toys, a swing, and a sitting area for kids.

* The ground floor area has a fully air-conditioned kitchen with everything you need for a very comfortable stay (a toaster, vine cooler, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, kettle, etc.), a dining table, a kitchen island with stoles, and direct access to the covered dining area and outdoors.A large living area features a cozy sofa, a flat-screen TV with surround sound, and a glass wall that provides a view of the pool area. A play area for your youngest child and a sofa bed for one person can be found in the tiny (6 sqm) Bedroom No. 4. There is also a 5.5 square meter family bathroom featuring a shower. Within the garage area is a table tennis and pilates ball that can be accessed from both the inside and the outside.

* Three bedrooms are available on the first floor:
the 13 sqm Master bedroom No. 1, which faces south and west, has a king-size bed measuring 180 cm by 200 cm, air conditioning, a walk-in closet, a terrace with patio furniture and pool views, and an attached bathroom featuring a shower and a bath tub.
Bedroom No. 2 (14 sqm - South) has a balcony overlooking the pool, air conditioning, and a king-size bed measuring 180 by 200 cm.
The 5.5 square meter family bathroom has a shower, two sinks, a washing machine, and a dryer. Additionally, an iron and ironing facilities are provided.
Bedroom No. 3 (14 sqm - East) has a king-size bed that measures 180 cm by 200 cm, air conditioning, and east-facing neighborhood views.
The car is recommended and there is a private parking lot for 4 cars.
Important notes: Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 23 years of age at the time of booking, in terms to avoid youth groups. House rule is no parties or events, and no smoking.
