Boathouse Floor, Hamptons style at the harbor

Say hello to this modern light Hamptons style apartment along the boardwalk of the Nieuwpoort Marina. Located at the ground floor it comes with a fairly large garden area, totally equipped with high end furniture and lots of sun light throughout the day. An open kitchen area and large dining room table with seating up to 6 people. The open living room space invites you for relaxing familly moments.
We have 2 bedrooms each with private bathroom with a shower. The master has 1 double bed and acces to the garden. The 2nd bedroom has a bunkbed with 2 double beds. This all comes with a private garage included.

This apartment is a TWIN who can be easily rented out with the opposite apartment `Dockside Floor`, so up to 12 people in total can sleep.

#HOTEL SERVICE#
Beds made with quality bedding from Belgian soil, namely the Witte Lietaer provided per guest. If more beds have to be made than the number of guests foreseen, please let us know in advance. Soft and thick bath towels are provided for each guest. One large and one small towel per stay of less than 7 days.
Welcome pack: - There is a Nespresso/Senseo or Dolce Gusto machine and some capsules provided during your stay. - Bath products such as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel - A kitchen package: Olive oil, pepper & salt, hand washing detergent, dishwashing liquid, 2 kitchen towels, kitchen cloth and a kitchen sponge, garbage bag and dishwasher tablets.
