• Food & Drink: For great food and drinks in Val Cenis, head to Aux 2 Mousses, a pub at the foot of the pistes known for its mouth-watering Hannibal burger and welcoming atmosphere. For nightlife, Howard's ValCenis is the perfect spot, featuring live music, great beer, and vibrant events, making it a favourite for an evening out.

Fees Upon Arrival

• Damage deposit: €500 per accommodation (refundable provided no damage, missing items or additional cleaning is required).
• A small daily tourist tax per night and person will be collected upon arrival. This amount is subject to change. Please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates.

Facilities

• Parking: private covered parking at the residence (charges apply) / Summer: €5/night (20% discount from 8 nights) — parking is paid in summer. Please note: parking is available only by prior reservation (limited spots) and must be booked for the whole stay. Kindly send your license plate number in advance for automatic gate access.
• Guests will have access to the shared wellness area located at Balcons Platinium in Val Cenis (except on Saturday mornings and Wednesdays)
• Spa & fitness centre: open from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
• Restaurant LA BERGERIE (Traditional cuisine) - Chalet 5:
• Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. - 10 a.m.
• Lunch: 12:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
• Dinner a la carte: 6:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.

• Grocery store SHERPA - Chalet 6: open 7 days: 7:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. / 4 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Included Options


• Beds made on arrival (except living room bedding). Option not available during the summer season.
• Bathroom linen provided (towels, bath mats).
• Towels and sheets for living room bedding are to be picked up at reception.
• End-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen). Before departure, guests are asked to: empty the dishwasher, take out the trash, clean the oven and the fridge, and remove the bed sheets.
• Cleaning kit (sponges, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, dish soap, and a degreaser).
• Self-service firewood (wood storage at parking level).
• Board games available for rental.

• Pets (dogs & cats only, max 2 per apartment): €12/pet/night — flat rate of €84/pet for stays of 7 nights or more
• Additional kit of towels or sheets: €8 per kit

• Private covered parking at the residence is available for €56 per week during the high season (from January 1st to February 8th), and €42 per week during the low season (from March 7th to April 19th) / During the summer season: €5/night and 20% discount starting from 8 nights. Prior reservation mandatory.
• Electric car charging available for an additional fee.
• Comfort service (7-night minimum): Beds in the bedrooms made on arrival (excluding sofa beds), towel change during the stay upon request: €20 per bedroom.
