Stayed for the weekend and I was so sad to have to leave this house. Words and pictures can not explain how cool this house is. The pool can be heated and the hot tub temperature is in your control with messaging the owner to put what ever temp you want or you can do it yourself just by downloading the app . I will be honest with you , I don't usually go out of my way to write a review but this place had me really blew my mind and wanted to be able to share my experience. I had my family come in from out of state and was able to celebrated a 10 year wedding anniversary . With all the family coming in and wanting to cook there favorite dish's for us , that being said .The kitchen at this house made that more then easy with TONS OF SPACE and a FULL spice rack and all the cooking gadgets you need like a mixer, blender , crock pot , tons of pots/pan/cookie sheets and so much more. If your debating on booking this home, I'd stop debating and START BOOKING ! I also spoke to the owner of the house and he was very nice and easy going. This place gets a 10/10 from my family and I !!!

We loved the backyard! We also loved the kitchen and living space! The location was great but there was a nearby toll road we took a few times just a couple of exits that was really expensive and the toll was not clear ( not the owners fault just an FYI). Anything we needed the owner got to us immediately which was great.

Worth the money

We stayed at this house for our son's wedding. The house was so well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a basketball and soccer ball my adult son's enjoyed. The owners quickly responded to any questions we had. We loved hanging a beautiful yard to hangout in and visit with out of state family.

Property was ok. Grill is unusable. Fan on stove does not work so anytime you cook any type of meat or chicken the place gets smoky. There is no door on the master bathroom, just a shower curtain. Definitely needs new paint on the water slide. Hot tub was good.

Ultimate so-cal resort house.

Wonderful house and great for lots of people as loads of room both inside and outside for everyone. Great facilities and the games machines were an unexpected bonus. Great location, nice neighbourhood and good access to freeways and local shops / take-away's / restaurants etc. The only downside was that many of the wardrobes and drawers were full of owners clothing so there wasn't much space to put away / hang things especially when there for two weeks. Overall a great home and fabulous rental for large groups / family. Thank you.

Great fun house for family

Stayed here during trip to go to theme parks with kids and grandkids. Awesome to come back on a hot long day at Disney or Universal and jump in the fabulous pool area. Easy to cook meals - large areas to congregate and everyone loved the nostalgic video game area near kitchen area

Family Vacation

Great house for family. The kids loved the pool and slide. The adults loved the outdoor setting with the bar and seating area. The location was what we were looking for with close proximity to the beach and Disney. We will rent it again if we go back to the area.

Beautiful property!

This is a beautiful property! The backyard is amazing, and my kids spent hours playing outside. The host is very responsive and easy to work with! The house was clean and well-stocked. Great stay!

Great family home

Location was great right next to the park and the backyard pool was awesome. The stairs were a challenge with the little ones but overall great home and really well stocked. Everyone had a great time thanks again

Amazing Pool & Great Location

The location of this house was so great, easy to get to and located right near the family we were visiting. The house has SO much outdoor seating to relax in around the pool. Our 7 year old boys LOVED the pool & hot tub. This house was very convenient for our family, we hope to go back one day. Thank you for sharing your home.

Family Getaway

There was plenty of places for our large group to sleep, and they even left an air mattress out for us as well. We had a pleasant surprise with a ping pong table, and retro video games! The kids of all ages loved the water slide. A few things, in the rules it mentioned "no smoking" but I found a cigarette in the master bathroom. There was ants upstairs and ankle biting bugs, never saw them just the bites. The compactor got stuck in compact mode often. The deck off the master bedroom had wide open spaces (over 3' wide) in the railing that we worried our toddler could fit through and the younger kids. The dishwasher also had some issues and sometimes wouldn't start. It was a nice central location for all our planned events, and great time with family.

Great Location

Enjoyed our recent visit to California. The owner was very hands on and responsive. The house had everything we needed. It was so comfortable. The backyard oasis was amazing and the pictures don't do it justice. I highly recommend this property and the owner. Thanks for making my birthday celebration awesome.

Perfect Vacation Destination

Resort-like pool with slide and hot tub! Kids preferred the pool to the beach. This owner knows what makes a vacation great. There are plenty of games, pool toys, there's even ping pong, darts, and four arcade-style games. There's a big TV in the great room with Roku and cable. There's a well-appointed outdoor kitchen. For young and old, this is a great place to stay!

Your own private resort

The house is a great place to stay and feel like you are on your own resort. The pool, hot tub, tiki bar and game room are great amenities to enjoy.

With a lush, beautiful park immediately next to the property, the location has everything you would need or want. The interior is filled with my favorite stone, travertine, and has many custom features including a one of a kind master shower.
