Fully equipped and air-conditioned kitchen. Electric oven, gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, mixer, centrifuge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, blender, kettle, toaster, breakfast bar. Dining table for 6 guests in the living room. Outdoor dining area on the covered terrace next to the pool.



BEDROOM 1

King size bed, air conditioning, HD-TV, safe, dressing room. Ensuite bathroom with indoor Italian shower, hair dryer, towels and beach towels. Private terrace.

Queen size bed, air conditioning, HD-TV, safe, dressing room. Ensuite bathroom with indoor Italian shower, hair dryer, towels and beach towels. Private terrace.

Large heated pool facing the view over the Lagoon. Lounge area next to the pool.

Nice tropical garden surrounding the property. Private parking at the entrance of the villa. Note the villa needs a 4x4 for the access.



Laundry : In most villas the maid will assist, for a fee. Please inquire in advance. Our agency accepts no liability in the event of damage, as this is not a professional laundry.
