Lang Toon House - 3 bedrooms

The Lang Toon House is located in Auchterarder, in the beautiful Perthshire countryside, in the middle of Scotland. About an hour's drive north of Glasgow and Edinburgh. Vibrant Perth is a 20min drive, and historic Stirling about 40min.

Auchterarder is a bustling little town, and has a fair share of cute little shops, supermarkets, and several restaurants and pubs. The world-famous Gleneagles Hotel and Golf Resort is only a couple of minutes away.

The recently renovated house has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, with all the mod cons and basics such as tea and coffee and condiments for cooking. The kitchen features a dining table seating 6 (which can be extended to sit 10).

The cosy living room is ideal to relax after a day out in the Scottish countryside. A large screen smart-TV, the 2 sofa's, board games and books and an abundance of blankets and pillows are sure to guarantee a good coorie in (Scottish cosiness).

There are 3 bedrooms in total:
Downstairs double bedroom: This bedroom has a king size bed, ample space for clothes storage, a cosy fitted carpet and easy access to the kitchen and stairs to the bathroom.

Upstairs double bedroom: This bedroom has a super king size bed, ample space for clothes storage, a fitted carpet and is adjacent to the family bathroom.

Kids room: This cosy room has a double bunk bed (which can also sleep teenage kids/adults), ample space for clothes storage, a fitted carpet and easy access to the family bathroom. There is also a selection of toys to keep your small humans entertained. The bottom bunk sits close to the floor for younger children. For babies we can also provide a travel cot.

All bedrooms have plenty of storage for clothes and luggage. The kids room has some toys for guests.

Kitchen: A spacious and light space with fully equipped, modern kitchen and large American style fridge / freezer. The kitchen features a dining area which can seat up to 10 people. The perfect place to cook, socialise and enjoy.

Family bathroom: This modern family bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower, toilet and sink and plenty of storage for your essentials.

At the rear of the house, the house offers a nice-sized garden, fully enclosed, with an outdoor seating area. Perfect for enjoying a bbq on a sunny day.
