Upon arrival, we had two issues. First, as it was very hot, we had asked for fans which were there when we arrived; however, one was not working, one wouldn’t oscillate and one had a broken base and fell over several times during the night. The internet password also did not work and we had no cellular service in the apartment. We called, emailed and messaged the host and the rental company. No one responded to our issues. As this was a working trip, we were unable to work with no internet. When the rental company finally answered us, we had already left. Lack of communication by the host and rental company were unacceptable. We’ve been VRBO hosts and travelers for years & this was the only horrible experience we’ve had. I hate to write my only bad review, but had someone at least tried to resolve these issues, I would be writing a good review.

It was super cozy and just like the pictures, I loved how close we were to Sacré-Coeur, we walked there every morning, The three bedrooms gave us plenty of space, and the living area was perfect for hanging out after a long day of exploring, The only thing I would say is that the kitchen could use a few more utensils, but honestly, we didn't mind too much, Would definitely stay here again

This is a short 150 meter (500 feet) walk from the Blanche exit on the M2 line. It is manageable to do with luggage. There is only one exit at this location and it doesn't have an elevator or escalator. Thankfully there are only 15-20 steps. After that, the station is easily managed with your luggage. Utilizing the metro to see all the sites in Paris and get to the airport was a breeze and is exactly what I look for when staying in a city area.I gave 4 stars for communication and check-in process because I booked through VRBO but then had to check-in through a different company that was not disclosed at time of booking through VRBO. Additionally, when checking in, this company asked for the passport information of each guest and made it seem like it was necessary in order to check-in. I was definitely not going to put the passport information in and not doing so didn't prevent me from checking in.Additionally, the second day I messaged the property through VRBO messaging that the Wi-Fi network password wasn't working and didn't get any response. It wasn't that big of a deal to me as both my wife and I had eSIM plans with unlimited data. However, I later tried messaging through WhatsApp, but it was the end of the trip so didn't matter that much. We would stay here again given the proximity to the metro station and quality space. There are also a good number of restaurants nearby as well as smaller market stores for groceries.

Upon arrival, we had no internet access and cellular service was unavailable so we could not use our devises or make reservations. Because of the hot weather, we asked for fans. Two of the fans were broken. We messaged your company and the owner directly within an hour of arrival and neither responded. We left early.
