Lovely holiday home in Oddesund – perfect for those who want a vacation close to nature, with beautiful fjord views and plenty of space for play and relaxation. The house is situated on a large 2,500 m² natural plot, offering ample opportunities for ball games and outdoor activities. With only 300 meters to the fjord, you can enjoy the scenic surroundings and take walks along the water.



Please note that there may be traffic noise from a nearby road and that the wilderness bath is only available from Easter until week 42.



The holiday home accommodates 8 people and a small child (up to 3 years old), offering 110 square meters of well-designed living space. Built in 1994 and partially renovated in 2021, it provides a modern and cozy atmosphere. Pets are not allowed, making it an allergy-friendly option. The house is equipped with an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump, wood stove, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a freezer with a 35-liter capacity. For the little ones, there is a high chair, so everyone can feel at home.



The spacious property features a variety of facilities for outdoor play, including a swing, sandbox, playhouse, trampoline, play tower, and barbecue. There is also a 100 square meter terrace and a 12 square meter covered terrace, so you can enjoy meals and relaxation in both sun and shade. Additionally, there is electric car charging (CEE socket with 11 kW charging power), and parking is available right by the house.



The holiday home has four bedrooms, with sleeping arrangements consisting of three double beds and two bunk beds. Two of these sleeping spaces are located in a cozy annex, perfect for those seeking a bit of extra privacy. There is also a crib for the youngest guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, induction cooktop, convection oven, microwave, and dishwasher, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals. The bathroom is modern and has underfloor heating and a shower, and there is also an extra guest toilet. After a long day of excursions, you can relax in the indoor spa for two people or take a dip in the outdoor wilderness bath, which can accommodate six people.



Entertainment is ensured with a TV and Chromecast, as well as Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, and German channels. Wireless internet is also available, allowing you to stream movies or stay connected to the outside world.
