The unique location offers numerous possibilities for leisure activities such as skiing, Nordic walking, hiking or mountain biking. Whether you are planning a quiet family vacation or are traveling with a larger group, our house has enough capacity for you and your loved ones. All major shops are reachable in minutes by car.
The space
Villa Chou Chou offers you the best possible comfort. There are 5 bedrooms (3SZ have a double bed / 2SZ have a double bed and a sofa bed), 4 toilet, 4 bathrooms and 4 showers. Sheets and towels will be made available for you. In addition, there is a sauna, a gym, a steam room, a pool, a large bathtub and a pool table in the villa.
The property is equipped with everyday equipment such as a fully functional kitchen, a washer+dryer, internet and TV, etc.
As a welcome gift, we provide a bottle of wine and chocolate pralines free of charge.

You can access the property with a keypad attached to the door The garage can be opened with a remote control.
In the garage fits 1 car and in front of the garage 1 more.

There are numerous restaurants and shops for everyday use. Our recommendation for unique restaurants in the area is the distant view, the Looshaus and the Villa Wartholz. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes' drive.
Skiing in winter: Spital am Semmering is in close proximity to the Stuhleck ski resort. Not only are there numerous lifts and slopes, but also ski lessons and great gastronomy.
Hiking in summer: In the region there are numerous hiking opportunities and specified hiking trails. A particularly beautiful train hiking trail from Semmeringpass to Mürzzuschlag.
Art and culture: If you are interested in art and culture, the Kurhaus Semmering is the ideal place for you. Numerous performances (literature, concerts, etc.) take place at this historic venue every year. Especially in the summer season, nothing to be desired remains unfulfilled here.
