This beautiful period-style home was built with external characteristics to mirror those of the quiet market town that surrounds it, yet with the house being built in 2021 it still has that new-home feel on the inside.
This quaint south Leicestershire market town is enveloped with exquisite countryside. One of the most liveable towns in the UK, the town centre has plenty of independent retailers to enjoy.
This 3-bedroom town house is over 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a living area with sofa, sofa bed, arm chair and TV, as well as a kitchen-diner with all appliances and items needed for cooking plus lounge seating for seven.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom.
On the second floor there is a master bedroom with a king sized bed, and an en-suite bathroom.
