Great getaway spot with something for everyone

Near new, 5 bedroom plus den, fully furnished house in family friendly complex on the lake. Complex has two pools (one main, one kiddie) and two hot tubs. Also includes private beach, beach volleyball, multiple playgrounds, with gym and clubhouse in a great scenic location. House includes two master bedrooms with queen beds and ensuite bathrooms, two spare bedrooms with queen beds, one spare bedroom with two twin beds (in kid friendly bedroom nooks) and one double bed, and one den with pull out sofa bed. Sit back and relax by the pool, float around in the lake or head out and explore the multiple local wineries and golf courses. There is something for everyone!
Please note, to work with our cleaners schedule, we have check-in and check-out days set for Fridays only.

Beautiful house with enough space for the whole family

We had a group of 6 adults and 5 kids stay here for a week. The house was beautiful, and the property was a dream. Great beach and pool. The playground in right off the back deck so the kids could play while we watched from the patio. The screened in porch was fantastic. The only things lacking where some beach towels and audio for the TV. Really enjoyed our stay- can’t wait to come back.

We come to the Cottages every year and absolutely love it here! This was our first time staying at Dena’s home, and overall, we enjoyed our stay. There were a few areas we felt could use some attention for future guests. When we arrived, we noticed a few dirty dishes in the cupboards, the couches could benefit from a deep cleaning, there were some bleach stains on one of the blankets, as well as a small blood stain (likely from a nosebleed) on a blow-up mattress in one of the closets. Also, several of the patio dining chairs were broken, which limited outdoor dining seating.On the positive side, the location of this house truly can’t be beat—it’s close to everything, and having the playground just steps away is perfect for families. We also want to thank Dena for being such an accommodating host. She kindly allowed us a late check-out when we asked, which we didn’t end up needing, but it was greatly appreciated, nonetheless.Thank you again, Dena, for sharing your home with us! We look forward to returning to the Cottages again next year!

75th Birthday

The house was perfect for our group of 12. Plenty of room and accommodations were good. Lots of places to eat and play games. Dena was great. Had a couple of glitches but nothing major. Could have used more cutlery and plates, or a stack of disposable ones for snacking in the afternoon and evenings. We appreciated the beach stuff and the wagons.

Lovely family vacation

Great spot in the Cottages, we love the layout of this house, it worked well for my whole family to stay without feeling cramped, and there was 12 of us, 5 being children.

Fantastic once again!

We have loved staying here — so many places to tuck members of larger groups. Comfortable beds. Clean. Lovely pool and private beach! We’d happily return again!

Family Vacay

Dena’s house was large enough to accommodate our family of 12. Great location to the beach/pool/playground. Lots of space inside for sleeping and a nice open floor plan for kitchen/living room. House was well equipped-just missing an ice maker. Complex has everything you need for a fun family vacay for all ages!

A great family stay!

We feel lucky we snuck in to this home for a week this summer. The place is well kept, clean, comfortable and arguably the best location in The Cottages for access to the playground, pool and beach close by. Dena was quick to help with any questions, and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Beautiful property wonderfully located

We were an extended family of 10 people ranging from 3 to 73 years. The home was clean, spacious and very well located in the complex. Next to a playground, corner lot, easy walk to the pool and the lake. Very quick responses and friendly interaction with the owner. Please consider adding dressers in the bedrooms for unpacking clothes. Otherwise was perfect for us!

Much needed getaway in a beautiful surrounding with many options for entertainment.

Dena was responsive and helpful with any questions we asked pre-trip and while at her home. The house was a perfect size for our big group (8 adults) and the layout was perfect for us being able to spread out and enjoy our own space. We really appreciated ALL the BATHROOMS as our gang takes a while to get going each day. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the utensils (except for an adequate cheese grater) and the dishes were in great shape with no shortage of cutlery. There weren’t any dressers in the bedrooms so we used the closets for our clothing - we usually prefer to unload our clothes into drawers and it’s nice to have some surfaces to spread your belongings out on but the closets were fine. Two bedrooms had no side tables and no lamps so that was slightly inconvenient if you enjoy reading at night. Not show stoppers by any means. The pool and hottub facility were very nice and always clean. Both had great temperature for the conditions. The lakeshore was really nice and spacious with lots of seating yet a very natural setting. Most of our party did swim in the lake and found it refreshing. Everything about the whole development is clearly well thought out. The cleanliness was appreciated and the maintenance was continuous while we were there. Would stay again without hesitation. Two things to consider: There was a huge forest fire to the south near Omak and the smoke was very thick and acrid for 3 days mid stay - this meant the facilities were closed and we chose to stay indoors and luckily were totally able to keep ourselves busy with games/reading/food/wine. The development is still being built and during the day all the noises associated with those activities are present - this did not take away from our vacation but it is something others may find obtrusive.

Wonderful location

We had a wonderful time! The location was perfect! The children loved having the playground so close. A few comments we had were the air conditioner turned off in the middle of the night and it was so warm in there, it would of been nice if we could've had control of it. There could be a few more kitchen large utensils in the kitchen. It would be lovely to have more than one TV. We would definitely come back and stay, it was the perfect family vacation.

Amazing location & cottage

My family (wife and 3 kids) joined with another family of 4 for a 1 week stay and had the time of our lives. Fantastic location across from the playground, close walk to the pool and beach. Loved the cottage. Plenty of space. Clean. Last but not least Dena was amazing. Very responsive and helpful! We will be back!!!

We had a fantastic time at the cottages. Our home was outstanding.

I would recommend this property and hope to return next year. We were 11 people in total and the house was big and spacious enough for all of us. The cottages themselves are beautifully maintained. The lake views are outstanding. All in all a great Getaway for all of us.

A Little Bit of Heaven at the Cottages

We celebrated my husband's 70th birthday in Osoyoos. The property, facilities, and location exceeded our expectations. We were a group of 12, 8 adults and 4 children, and this property accommodated us all so comfortably. Thanks so much, we will return!

Fabulous Vacation House

For the second year in a row we stayed in this beautiful resort home. A short walk to the playground (1 min), pool (5 min) and beach (10 min), along a wide sidewalk surrounded by lawn and lavender. The beach is sandy and not crowded. In fact there are often only a few families there. We all spent hours floating on the water or reading under our beach umbrellas. Also our grandchild loved building sandcastles and playing at water’s edge. 5 amazing wineries just 10 minutes away. The house itself is very big, very new and very clean. Besides essentials, the owners make much available to you, including great family games and some floaties. Loved the outside patio area and sun room. There was room for some (especially the teens) to have alone time . 2 big thumbs up!

Great property for a multi family with kids reunion.

We had a wonderful family reunion at this cottage. There were plenty of spacious sleeping areas for everyone The best feature for us was it was located right next to the play structure. We had 5 kids at the house from age 10 to 4 and they were able to play at the structure while the parents relaxed on the comfortable back patio. The club house and pool were an easy walk as was the flat short walk to the swimming beach. We rented the boat slip at the marina for our ski boat. The marina facility is very nice but unfortunately due to the thick smoke from the forest fires we were only able to use the boat on one day. That day was filled making great memories with the family. The house finishings are clean and brand new. The only drawback is the very small driveway at all the cottages. We had 3 families with big cars. Luckily the garage is huge and we were able to keep 2 cars there and the 3rd was able to park on the driveway. The visitor parking spots are a bit of a walk. We occasionally had to do the car shuffle to get everyone in and out. This was really just a small issue. Dena the owner was very responsive and informative. We look forward to booking another trip here in the future.

We are a family from Chilliwack who bought our house in the Osoyoos Cottages as a get away for us all to be together and unwind, away from the hustle and bustle of regular life.

We fell in love with The Cottages as soon as we drove in and completely lucked out with the lot we were able to purchase. Being within a three hour drive from home, it is easily accessible for a weekend away but feels like a vacation far away from regular life. Osoyoos and Oliver are both such quaint little towns but the energy surrounding them in the middle of summer is second to none.
