A well-planned and pleasant home with a great location right next to the beautiful lake Unnen. From your spacious balcony you have a view of the lake's sparkling water. Here you can take a morning dip and here there is a rowing boat at your disposal. Here you have a perfect starting point for excursions to all the fantastic destinations in the area. From the entrance you have a spacious hall. The bathroom has a bathtub with a shower. There is one bedroom with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with a family bed. The kitchen is well equipped and has a small dining area. The large living room has a dining table and comfortable seating. Here there is a modern TV and a warming wood stove. In the house's basement is the laundry room. From the living room there is access to a spacious covered terrace. Here there is lounge furniture, a dining table and a grill. Here you spend both early mornings and lovely barbecue evenings. Down at the lake's edge, your rowing boat is waiting. At the house there is a canoe to use. A limited number of life jackets are available. It is the adults' responsibility to adapt life jackets for the children. Lake Unnen has good fishing. There is good access to large pike and zander. Fishing license required. The community has everything you need for your stay. A short walk along the path by the lake takes you to the public bathing area, which has both a jetty and toilets. A short walk south is the historic Alebo guest house, with restaurant. Pay a visit to the nearby Bäckahästens stone oven bakery (open in summer). A short drive away is Lake Bolmen. Here you can find everything for those interested in fishing. Bolmen is rich in different fish species, there is the possibility to rent a boat and to book trolling fishing. There is also a very nice fish restaurant and farm shop here. Do you like peace and quiet? Do you like the company of the whistling of the wind and the rays of the sun through the greenery of the forest? Grass underfoot and a path to walk on? There are several nature reserves in the area, i.a. Årshultsmyren, a nature reserve near Lidhult. There are several golf courses in the area, the closest is Rydö golf club, approx. 16 km away.
