Untrue statements to cover up a poorly maintained and filthy property. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY

We stayed at this property based on its 9.4 rating and ‘Deluxe’ descriptions. Nothing could have been further from the truth.No road access to the property. Very difficult public parking up to 300 metres away. Brown, bulging, water stained ceilings. Chipped and cracked paint on woodwork and walls. Incredibly uncomfortable sofa and beds. Heating system non-operable on arrival - took 5 days to fix. Insufficient China, glassware and cutlery for 6 people. Disgusting cookware. Garden looked like a jungle, full,of weeds and overgrown. This property is poorly maintained by the owner who lives In Manchester and is clearly only interested in making money, not providing customer satisfaction.Photos available to back up all the above statements.All of this reported to the Owner and VRBO who refused to take any action or to offer a refund for our 27 night stay in this property.DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.
