Romantic and Luxury COTTAGE NANNI with Pool

COTTAGE NANNI is one of those farmhouses in Tuscany that promise effortless romance and relaxation.

It enjoys a blissful rustic setting just a short walk from the village of PESCIA. The air around the property is scented with cypress and olive trees that grow in abundance in its enclosed terraced gardens.

Inside, the country kitchen is beautifully decorated with traditional furniture, wooden beams and a richly coloured terracotta wall. The walls and surfaces of the comfortable living room next door are lined with fine art and antiques. A king-sized ensuite bedroom connected with the living room and a wonderful veranda with stirring views of the garden completes the house.



The house has a further wardrobe room.

A large porch accessible from the kitchen and living room is furnished as an outdoor dining and sitting area and provides access, via a wooden bridge, to a refreshing swimming pool set amidst greenery and flowers.



The farmhouse cottage sets in the estate of an antique villa where the Countess Mrs Letizia is happy to meet guests and upon request she is able to organize cooking classes and in home dining's. The farmhouse cottage is fully air conditioned and a very reliable WIFI connection is provided by the national phone company. The kitchen is fully equipped with a wide range of cooking utensils and appliances: a paradise for foodies!



It is in the grounds where you get the feeling of the romance and a nonchalant repose. A short walk through fragrant lavender and oak trees brings you to a wonderfully expansive garden area with views over the greenery.

Everything is within short driving distance and I recommend doing a tasting Tentu ADAMO. The place was very clean and everything worked perfectly. Love this place would definitely be back!

We had the most amazing stay here

Would highly recommend. We had the most amazing stay here for 5 nights and could have easily stayed longer! Filippo who manages the accommodation was very helpful, as was the owner. The accommodation is just beautiful from the decor too the views outside, it is just perfect. The kitchen is a dream to cook in and has everything you need. We had the most relaxing stay even with our 7 month old baby.

Highly Recommend!

The perfect place to relax and visit Tuscany. Everything was perfect. Even more beautiful in person than on the pictures. The cottage is very clean and kitchen is fully equipped. The place is really quiet and the owner is very welcoming. We were sad to leave and would definitely go back.

Great location with private parking!

The cottage Nanni exceeded our expectations and is a perfect place to use as your base to explore Tuscany. Nothing much around it, but really good acces to Lucca, Florence, Pisa and Viareggio with the Italian trains. We enjoyed the first three days just to love the tranquillity and peace and late sleep ins, before it was time to start exploring. Nanni cottage is a perfect base for couples to explore Tuscany

Communication with host was good from booking through to leaving. The cottage was wonderfully peaceful and we have returned home well rested. The only thing we did not like was that the bedroom couldn’t be closed off to the smell of cooking. Other than that we had a great stay here and would definitely return.

A lovely little place outside of a small town in Tuscany. We enjoyed the quiet, swimming in the pool and generally being off the beaten path. We definitely recommend having a car as it would’ve been quite difficult to do any major day trips without one. But what fun!

Cottage Nanni was a magical place

I stayed for a month. The cottage was the perfect size, well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. It was the perfect distance to allow for easy day trips to Pistoia, Lucca, Pisa, Florence and MonteCarlo. The train station is 5 minutes away allowing for an easy trip to Cinque Terre. The hosts were friendly and more than willing to drive me to and from the train station. Highly recommend getting a car to explore the area. I think Cottage Nanni was a magical place and perfect for a respite in Tuscany.

Everything…. The good taste of the interior, the lovely terrace & garden…..the friendly owner…. Absolutely recommendable Perhaps the thing in the bathroom, where you can store shower gel and shampoo, it’s a bit rusty….. But this is the only an advice!

Perfect place to stay to visit Tuscany

This place was absolutely perfect. The cottage was large and roomy with plenty of space. We enjoyed the full kitchen where we did cook many meals with local ingredients. We were happy to be able to park easily and to come and go through locked gate - very secure. Pescia is a great location for day trips through Tuscany. We did all Cinque Terre one day and did a full trip through Chianti region as well on another day. It was easy to drive to Lucca and park to visit the walled city. The host and the owner were very helpful and nice. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who is going to visit this part of Italy. We WILL be coming back!

Trust me this is the place to choose....

This is the perfect romantic Tuscan retreat for two, we had the most perfect break for a week. The Villa is completely private, tasteful and stylish and perfectly located to explore Tuscany, we did day trips to Pisa, Florence, Siena and even Venice although 2.5hr drive away). The local town of Pescia is very sleepy however had all the amenities you require, a great supermarket is less than a 10mi walk as is the train station. If you are looking for a romantic break for two in Tuscany, you honestly need look no further. Plus I resd a few negative comments around the gate and parking, I had absolutely no issue parking at all in quite a big car.

A relaxing stay!

I looked far and wide for a place to stay that would fit into my idea of Tuscany. When I saw this cottage, I loved how it was Tuscan but also very modern and knew we had to stay here. It is so tastefully decorated and is exactly as pictured. The location is in a smaller town about half hour train ride from Lucca and one hour train ride from Florence. We stayed here as a base for exploring Lucca and Florence, then moved on to a road trip of the rest of Tuscany. We had a car, but we could have easily gotten around by foot and train since the station is about a 10 minute walk from the cottage. Everything was very clean, and there were a lot of useful amenities (fully stocked kitchen, towels, robe, washer, water, etc.). We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for a modern Tuscan stay!

Beautiful in all the details!

Villa Nanni is a very cute place to relax for a couple days. October is certainly not the best time to travel there, since the tile floor is super cold. But in summer that’s probably real nice ) The rooms appear brighter in the pictures than they are in reality though. The location is perfect for day trips to Lucca, Pisa, Florence etc. All in all it’s a really cute house with a nice sunny terrace and beautiful details all over the house. Reading a few of the earlier reviews... the parking spot is absolutely fine and no problem to get in and out (at all)

Emotional Holiday!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days at this unique little villa. The photos accurately portray the space, although it was darker inside than the photos show. It was very, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The outside space is magical and the kitchen was equipped with everything, and we especially appreciated the outdoor grill. The listing is managed by Sidrak, there is another person who is there to introduce you to the countess, who greeted us warmly but within a few minutes asked when we were leaving and if we could leave an hour before the posted check-out time. Then she left, and the other woman gives you the guided tour and lots of helpful advice for where to go etc. The pool is tiny and above ground as others have noted but we enjoyed in nonetheless and had lovely evening swims that were memorable. There is a lovely dog on the property and few adorable cats too. We hope to be back one day!

Lucca is 20 minute train ride - Pisa 40 minutes for approx. 7 euros/pp. Back to the cottage - The view is beautiful, the house immaculate. The terrace has inviting and comfortable spaces for dining out and enjoying the countryside. The entire cottage is well appointed, with full kitchen and amenities. Lovely lounging spaces - the sun room was a definitely highlight! Many mornings and evenings spent there. Lots of storage space for clothing etc.

Fantastisch verblijf

We hebben een zeer aangenaam rustig verblijf gehad in cottage nanni. De accomodatie was top,zeer proper en van alles voorzien rustige ligging. Lucca op 20km, Montecarlo heel pittoresk dorpje op 5km. San Gimignano op /- 60km alsook Firenze allemaal zeer de moeite om te bezoeken. De gastvrouw Leatitzia heeft 2 maal de menu voor ons klaargemaakt met de bijpassende lekkere wijn. Dit was fabulously lekker,kortom genoten Een aanrader om je vakantie door te brengen Kortom het was een top vakantie in Pescia in cottage nanni️

Relax in campagna!

Ottimo soggiorno per chi vuole tranquillità e privacy. La piscina è perfetta per una coppia e un bambino. Giardino grandissimo, casa completa non solo con piacevole arredamento e design ma con tutto il necessario in cucina, in bagno e in giardino (anche barbecque).
