See and hear waves come ashore on the beach from this lovely, spacious, 2 bedroom condo. Breathtaking ocean views completely fill the living room, dining alcove and kitchen through wall to wall glass sliders. It’s spectacular!

Conveniently located on East Shore for easy touring, yet secluded.

The bedrooms look out on lagoons with fountains and distant mountains. Each bedroom has its own balcony lanai where you can relax at the end of a busy day of sightseeing to watch the sunset.

The large balcony lanai off the living room provides a delightful place to have breakfast watching glorious sun rises over the ocean.

An easy stroll will get you to the golden sand beach in moments.The beach seems to go on forever with no development in sight for miles. It’s just you, the beach and the sparkling blue ocean. In fact, there are many areas along the coastline where you will have the beach all to yourselves. This is the REAL HAWAII you came to see!

The resort is nicely secluded yet conveniently located for easy touring. You’re equi-distant from the North Shore and South Shore. The 12 acres of lushly landscaped tropical gardens and lagoons are all yours to explore.

Kauai Beach Villas’ swimming pool and jet spa are free to use. The pools, spas and water slide at the resort hotel are also free of charge for our vacation enters. Enjoy the BBQ picnic areas, play tennis and pickle ball using free equipment. Golf is available at adjacent Wailua Municipal Golf Course at reasonable rates.

The condo underwent a 3-month long total renovation creating new bathrooms, transforming the kitchen, decorating with tasteful tropical furniture and buying the highest quality beds, which our guests rave about.

Nice, relaxing, feels like home!

This was our first time on the island. The location was great for visiting the north or south part of the island. We spent a couple of days at the condo lounging around, walking on the beach, and swimming at the resort pool. The unit had everything we needed!

This place is the best! 8 Thumbs Up!

Our family of 4 had a blast in Kauai and this condo made it all the better. Well stocked with everything we needed. Centrally located for trips to the north and south sides of the island. Amazing view from the lanai including sunrise. Access to the Outrigger Beach Resort pools (kids enjoyed those). Great beach for strolling or taking pictures (too rough to swim). Brand new Weber grills just outside the condo (we cooked burgers twice). We could not have been more happy with this rental. Judy (property manager) was very helpful and always just a text away. Things we enjoyed in Kauai: - Jack Harter Helicopter tours (we did the doors off tour and it was amazing). - Koloa Zipline - THIS WAS A BLAST (go full dangle) - Anini beach (best snorkeling) - Hanapepe - Poipu beach for snorkeling - Brennecke's beach (great boogie boarding, rent boards just across the street) - Na’Pali coast hiking - we did the 8 mile hike to Hanakapi'ai Falls Food: Duke's, Da Crack, Kauai Brewing Company, Wishing Well Shave Ice (this one was the best, we went twice), Puka Dogs

This was a great property for our family of four (adults). Plenty of space with nothing missing for sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean, pools and stay in meals. Clean and well appointed. Repairs to building.

We had two large lift machines outside our lanai every day, making outside building repairs. Noisy. Had to keep sliders closed, preventing enjoyment of breezes. The location was great Island is beautiful.

A great condo

We were immediately impressed with the ocean view from the balcony of the second floor unit. Next was the spaciousness of the living/dining room and the kitchen. The bedrooms were large and the bathrooms although small you didn’t feel crowded. The beds were comfortable and everything worked. The kitchen was well furnished with cooking and dining ware. The resort is 15 minutes from the airport adjacent to the north-south highway in Kauai. It is set back and there in no road noise. Five miles to the north are groceries, stores, pharmacy, and restaurants. The resort is well maintained as evident by the daily work of the landscaping and pool crews. There are gas grills beside the building. The Kauai Villa has it’s own small pool – somewhat private, you also have access to the water park facilities at Kauai Beach Resort. There is a children’s pool with water slide, a volleyball pool, adult pool with waterfalls and two hot tubs. While there is an ocean access, it is not safe to swim due to the protruding lava stones. Being centrally located you are within an hour drive for any tours/activities you may schedule. There were no major negatives with the resort or rental unit. We would rent from them again.

Family friendly, great location, very comfortable

Our stay was so great at Judy's. She gave us some tips and recommendations which were excellent. Highly recommend a car. We were there during a particularly stormy time, and it was really cozy to watch the waves from our place. Kitchen super well equipped. Our toddler loved the sand bottomed pool. Lots of beautiful sights to see and shops etc less than 15 min in either direction.

Perfect location w/ spectacular view

We had such an amazing stay here. The view from the private lanai was incredible and my daughter’s favorite place to be, besides the beach. The condo was clean and had many amenities; the kitchen was well stocked, many snorkel and sand toys, and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The beach was just a short walk (5 minutes or less with a toddler) and very private and not crowded. You have access to Outrigger hotel pools and amenities as well. We hope to stay again! Thank you Judy for being such a great host.

Sweet beach getaway

Had a wonderful stay at this property. We loved being steps from the beach and morning sunrises! The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including cozy beds, beach gear, washer and dryer, air conditioners, and a fully functional kitchen. Very spacious! Judy was a perfect, pleasant host and very easy to communicate with. She had a guest book with suggestions for activities and places to eat. The location was simple to find and we could navigate daily trips all over the Island with ease. Would love to have stayed longer!

Amazing stay in the best condo!

The condo was amazing. The view was just spectacular. The pictures don’t do it justice! There were 6 of us, and all of us were blown away. The place was very clean, and it was big enough for all of us to be comfortable for the entire week. Most of us took some day trips but spent a lot of time at the villas pool and the resort pools next door. One of the people in our group got sun poisoning on day 1 so she spent most of the week inside. She loved every minute of it! You could stay in at this condo and still have a great time relaxing, looking at the views, and listening to the ocean. The location of this complex is phenomenal- 4 miles from downtown Kapaa, 2 miles to the protected swimming spot at Lydgate Park, only a 20 minute or so drive to Poipu, and a beautiful drive to Hanalei. Judy was so nice and easy to communicate with. I can’t say enough about this property. Will definitely be back to this one. Highly recommend!

Beautiful beach front with gorgeous sunrises

Loved this place. Steps to the beach and greet sunrises. Spent many mornings on the lanai hanging with the birds and watch the waves. The pools were enjoyed by everyone as well. Would definitely come back!!!

Nice condo. Centrally located for heading to both the northern and south/west of the island. Great view. Resort pools & pool bar were fun. Food was decent. Owner was very easy to work with. If we ever return to Kauai we will most likely try to stay here again.

We are Joyce and Don from Ketchikan, Alaska and we like making our condo as comfortable and inviting as possible for our guests' enjoyment.

Before we bought F-10, we rented it as visitors every time we came to Kauai. It was by far our favorite condo. So, when it was offered for sale we were thrilled that we were able to buy it and call it our own.

The first thing we did was to completely renovate it. We set aside 3 months to make the condo the best it could possibly be. We put in all new sliders and windows, took the bathrooms down to the studs so we could create spiffy new ones, installed new kitchen appliances and granite counter tops. We had new tile floors and new carpets installed and bought top-of-the-line furniture and incredibly comfortable beds.

The extensive renovation was a lot of hard work but worth the effort to transform it to a place that would please the most fastidious of vacation renters (which includes ourselves!) We come to stay in our condo a couple of times a year and each time we make sure that everything is up to our standards. Of course, we still manage to sit out on the lanai to enjoy watching the waves roll ashore and take morning walks along the beach to watch the sun rise. We are indeed very lucky!

Why they chose this property

In searching for a property on Kauai, we wanted a convenient location, centrally located on the East Shore. We also wanted to be within 30 minutes from the north shore and the south shores. We love the secluded location - it's perfect for us and our friends who want to sight-see or just relax on the balcony lanai watching and listening to the waves come ashore just a few yards away. The view of the ocean fills the living room and dining alcove and it takes our breath away.
We feel assured that our guests will be taken care of because Judy, the property manager, lives in the condo just above. She's happy to share insider tips on the best places to visit on Kauai and tried and true restaurants.
We both love the ocean and couldn't imagine having a place in Hawaii unless we were RIGHT ON THE BEACH. We so enjoy our fabulous view of the ocean which fills the living room and dining alcove. And since the beach is just a few steps away it's great walking along the miles of natural, undeveloped shoreline.

What makes this property unique

We wanted a spacious condo since we knew we'd be inviting family and friends to come stay with us. We have lots of room, so everyone feels they have their own space and are very relaxed.

Our family and friends especially like sitting in the nice, hot jacuzzi looking up at the stars at night after a hard day of sightseeing.
