This graceful, recently built apartment comes with one bedroom and can host up to 3 persons.
The interiors boast modern design and high-quality materials, studied for maximizing the comfort during your holidays in Val Gardena.
The flat is made of one double room with additional single sofa bed, a living room with modern kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.
It offers a small furnished ground floor terrace, which allows you to access to the wide common garden, accessible for the two apartments in house.
The modern kitchenette is furnished with all needed for your stay, like dishwasher, cooking plate, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more.
The apartment is completely set at ground floor.
Wi-Fi, line and towels are provided for free use.

Apartments Mirandula comes with two apartments, set in a suburb of Ortisei Val Gardena called Roncadizza.
The apartments are furnished in modern alpine style, with luminous and pleasant wooden interiors and equipped with all comforts needed for perfect holidays in Val Gardena.
The area is well connected with Ortisei town center, as the busses and skibusses do stop approx. 50 m from the house. With them you can reach for free (as we provide free tickets for the whole stay) the town center of Ortisei and the cableways, as well as the other towns of Val Gardena like Selva and Santa Cristina.
You can also reach the town center by walking (20 minutes) or by bike (10 minutes), beside of course by car.
In the immediate surroundings you will find two restaurants, bar, tennis courts (in- and outdoor), horse riding and two children playgrounds.
The highlight of this property is the wonderful common garden, accessible by the guests of both apartments, which is furnished so you can relax under the Dolomites’ sun and enjoy the view on Seceda and Pic mountains. The graceful garden is also equipped with a wooden hut, for the hottest days, barbecue and for the joy of your children also with a swing, table tennis and table football.
Apartments Mirandula also boasts garage parking, bike & ski deposit with ski boot heater and free Wi-Fi.
The property newly also offers daily free access to the Mar Dolomit public swimming pools.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
