The addition of four stools along the counter makes it an ideal spot for casual dining or morning coffee.

The principal bedroom provides a serene retreat with a comfortable double-sized bed, bedside tables, and a spacious wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom adds a touch of luxury, featuring a bath with an overhead shower, a toilet, and a wash basin. The second bedroom, equally cosy, includes a double size bed and bedside tables, offering a peaceful escape for a restful night’s sleep.

Please note that stays over 10 days include a complimentary cleaning every 10 days with fresh linen, towels, and a welcome pack refill.

Within walking distance to Manchester Piccadilly, the universities, and the city’s best shopping spots, this is an ideal location to explore all the city has to offer. Despite the central location, the apartment provides easy access to the ring road and Manchester International Airport, making travel in and out of the city convenient. 

Parking spaces not available, but the property is less than 10 minutes by walking from Manchester Piccadilly Station.

We will welcome you in person when you arrive, help you settle in, and give you a guide to the local area so you can make the most of your stay.

The home will be professionally cleaned with hotel-quality linens & towels and we provide complimentary cleans and hotel-quality fresh linens & towels for you each week.

When your booking has been confirmed we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.
Our standard check in time is 15:00-21:00. If you would like a flexible check-in or out just let us know and we will be happy to help.

Check-in fees:
13:00- 14:30 - £40 additional fee
15:00 - 21:00 - Standard Check-in, no additional fee
21:20 - 00:00 - £70 additional fee
