Located in nature, you will enjoy peace and tranquility while being just a few minutes’ drive from the center of Draguignan. The highways and train station are also easily accessible.



Authentic charm & modern comfort

This lovely 230 m² holiday home in Provence is full of character and comfort. The sunny spacious living room features a fireplace, ideal for cosy evenings. In addition, the holiday house has a separate reading room with a large library (18 m²) and a fully equipped Provencal kitchen, with direct access to the sunny terraces and the barbecue area by the pool.



Upstairs are four spacious bedrooms (12-17 m²), two of which have their own washbasins. Each room offers breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside. You will also find a luxurious bathroom with double sink, bathtub and bidet, a second bathroom with shower, and a separate toilet.

The garden is a true little paradise with flowering shrubs, stone walls and a private illuminated freeform saltwater pool with a built-in lounge area (10x3m with roman steps and alarm) perfect for a refreshing dip.
