On the perimeter of The Ladbroke Private Estate’s “paddocks” – set within the famous Notting Hill village – is this immaculate 1-bedroom modern apartment featuring a private patio garden.
The abundance of windows in this space emits a wonderfully airy atmosphere. The living area has two comfy sofas, one is a soft Queen-sized futon sofa bed, which provides additional sleeping space. The dining table may extended to create a full-sized table for 4 to dine and a lovely working table.
There is access to a private patio, which is part of the Estate’s communal garden which is rather large and generally private with very few visitors.
A well-stocked kitchen with a refrigerator, kettle, Espresso pot, oven and a 4-burner stovetop great for foodies who are keen to whip up a delicious gourmet meal at home. For those restful nights in, relax and unwind watching TV or making use of the high-speed broadband connection. For your added convenience, a washing machine with complimentary washing powders can be found in the kitchen as well.
Minimalist bedroom highlights the feature wall of large windows. A Double Bed with new mattress easily accommodates travellers or business professionals attending to work in the city. 100% cotton bed linens and super-snuggly blankets are provided.
The bathroom has recently been redecorated and is equipped with a walk-in shower (rain shower head), and includes complimentary toiletries.
Babies & Children are permitted and must be supervised at any/all times in the home and patio plus gardens.
Kindly note :
Housekeeping can be once a week or twice a month.
If your booking is longer than 2 months the Security Hold may increase.
We have a doCusign standard contract that we require to be signed.
Under the Pet heading; we can permit one dog only.
There is a one off non-refundable inventory fee of £125.00
Gas and Electric is included to normally monthly average usages.
