Fully furnished and equipped with all modern amenities, including complimentary Wi-Fi and a smart TV, this apartment is ideal for vacations or for those seeking a home away from home.Situated at the pool level of the Parque Santiago 1 complex, in the center of the Las Americas area, the apartment is within walking distance of all the premier attractions that Tenerife South has to offer.The living room opens to a fully equipped kitchen, featuring an induction stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. It also includes a spacious sofa area with a 55-inch Smart TV. The living room is further enhanced by a versatile table mounted on wheels; when attached to the kitchen, it extends the workspace into an L-shaped countertop. Positioned along or perpendicular to the wall, it serves as an office or laptop workstation, and when placed in the center of the room, it functions as a comfortable dining table for four.The sofa can also be converted into a double bed.The bedroom, furnished with a full-size queen bed and a 55-inch Smart TV offers ample closet space and an adjoining bathroom with a generous shower.The external patio, measuring 215 square feet (20 square meters), provides direct access to the community pool and features a lounge area with a sofa, an outdoor dining table, and sun loungers.The apartment includes a total of two double beds.
