In the garden in front of the villa there are stairs that go down and lead to a beautiful lawn in a quiet and very panoramic position where the rectangular swimming pool (measuring 8x4 with a depth of 1.53 meters) is located. The solarium area develops around the swimming pool and it's furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs and with a cold water shower. At guests' disposal there's a beautiful loggia equipped with garden furniture with a table and chairs for open-air meals and a portable barbecue.
Outbuilding
Approximately 600 m2 of completely fenced and very maintained garden. In the garden in front of the villa guests can find a beautiful lawn and a lovely rectangular swimming pool measuring 8x3 with a depth of 1.25 meters. The solarium area develops around the swimming pool, furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs and with a cold water shower. The entrance on the ground floor leads to the living room, furnished with sofas, large satellite TV and with access to the outdoor area, large dining room with access to the outdoor area, large, very well equipped kitchen with direct access to the outdoor area, 1 service bathroom. On the first floor, which is accessed through a beautiful internal staircase, there are 2 double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each with bathroom with shower. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets. 20 meters from the villa, near the reception, there is the laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board) shared with other guests.

Important information
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/10. The final cleaning fee must be paid upon check-in by credit card only. Access via 1 km of dirt road in good condition.
