The interior of the villa is an oasis of sophisticated design, with hand-picked furniture and artwork reflecting the Sicilian artistic heritage. The outdoor riad, with its large corner sofa, climbing rosemary plants, and lush banana trees, is the focal point of the villa, connecting indoor and outdoor spaces through large sliding glass doors. The superbly equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, electric oven, and antique wooden pantry is perfect for preparing delicious meals to enjoy in the living room with a dining table. The villa features a reading room with greige-painted walls and a cozy white linen sofa, ideal for moments of relaxation, and a cinema room with a video projector and white screen, perfect for movie nights. The 2 bedrooms, both with double beds, are equipped with air conditioning, TV, and a private bathroom with a shower. The first bedroom overlooks the riad and has a private entrance, while the second is located on the first floor and has a large wardrobe. The villa has 3 bathrooms in total, all with showers, and a laundry room. Electricity consumption is included up to 250 kWh per week (approximately 36 kWh per day). Any excess consumption will be charged at a rate of 1.10 euros per kWh.
