The Space:

This bright and spacious second-floor flat is set within a traditional Glasgow tenement and combines classic charm with modern upgrades. All three bedrooms are generously sized, featuring comfortable beds, ample storage, and a cosy yet stylish interior refreshed in February 2025 with the guidance of an interior designer to create a warm, relaxing retreat for guests.



The bathroom, fully renovated in March 2025, boasts a sleek and modern finish with a bath and a separate walk-in shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, complemented by a dining area perfect for shared breakfasts or evening dinners. There is a Nespresso machine for those looking for a morning caffeine hit.



The heart of the home is the large, light-filled living room, with a bright bay window, plush seating, and a 55-inch smart TV with a full Sky package, including Sky Sports—ideal for a relaxing night in. Fibre broadband with high-speed internet ensures seamless connectivity, whether you're working remotely or streaming your favourite shows. This is the perfect base to enjoy Glasgow in comfort and style.



The property would suit business travellers looking for a short break or an extended stay. There is a dedicated work space, fast and reliable fibre wifi, easy self check in and excellent transport links to the heart of Glasgow City Centre. For families the property is equipped with a cot and high chair, there are 3 large bedrooms providing everyone with their own space. The kitchen is fully equipped to allow people to cook up a storm and there is dining space for all 6 guests. There is a bright and spacious living room with fast wifi and Sky TV and Sky Sports.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire property throughout their stay, including all rooms and amenities. Check-in details, including access instructions and key collection, will be shared in advance via our electronic guidebook link to ensure a smooth arrival.



Guest Note: On-street parking is available but metered from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with a maximum stay of 3 hours during these times. Outside of these hours, including evenings and weekends, parking is free of charge.

By Car:

If driving, Sauchiehall Street connects directly to the M8 motorway via Charing Cross, making it convenient for those arriving from Edinburgh, the airport, or other parts of Scotland. Metered street parking is available nearby, and there are also several public car parks in the area.

The property is equipped with a cot and high chair. Please note that we do not supply bedding for the cot and requests that guests bring what they will need.

This flat is beautiful! The pictures don't do it justice. It's very large and really pretty. We especially loved the location. We walked just up the street to Kelvingrove Park and had a lovely walk to dinner. I really liked the espresso machine and the hand soap smelled great. It was really neat to open the windows and look out over the street and catch the cool breeze. I would love to stay here again. It was our first visit to Glasgow, and it's now our favorite city we've ever visited.

Lovely flat in a perfect location for first-time visitors to Glasgow or those returning to the city. Central location but quiet interior. Excellent communal spaces, comfortable beds, easy to access. Would love to return!
