This fantastic flat is in a great location, just a few steps from Playa de Las Americas and the main leisure areas. It's perfect for couples or business trips. This apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a capacity for two people and a WiFi connection. The bedroom boasts two single beds, while the bathroom features a shower. The open space seamlessly integrates the kitchen with the living and dining areas. The flat also boasts a comfortable sofa, a 55" Smart TV and direct access to a pleasant terrace overlooking the communal swimming pool, ideal for having lunch, relaxing or sunbathing while enjoying the unique atmosphere of the place.

You'll have the best location imaginable, just minutes from the beach, restaurants and all the main points of interest in Las Américas and Costa Adeje.

The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, juicer, hairdryer, bed linen and shower towels, cot.

A washer-dryer service is available for a fee in the complex where it is located.

The swimming pool is open from 11:00 to 19:00. You can request sun loungers from the lifeguard for a fee.

There is a flight of stairs to reach the house.

The complex has a supermarket for your convenience as well as a pool-bar.

Arona is one of the main tourist towns in the south of the island, with more than 15 kilometres of coastline with beautiful beaches of volcanic origin.

Within the municipality there are four distinct areas: Playa de las Américas (where the flat is located), Playa de los Cristianos, Playa de Las Galletas-Costa del Silencio and Arona Rural. They combine an excellent quality tourist offer (accommodation, beaches, leisure and nature activities...) with the best landscapes and a traditional Canarian atmosphere.

To visit Playa de los Cristianos is to fully immerse yourself in a seaside atmosphere that blends in with the city. This urban beach was one of the first to be visited by tourists in the 1960s.

You will fall in love with its calm waves, its golden sand and the small fishing boats that anchor in its waters. On the beach you will find all the services you would expect from a tourist resort, as well as a wide range of water sports.

In the surrounding area you can enjoy a pleasant stroll, visiting shops and restaurants with typical local dishes and international cuisine.
