Villa Rivaflora is a splendid three-story villa situated in a quiet location, a few minutes from the town center. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Rivaflora you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. Villa Rivaflora is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private jacuzzi pool, a private terrace, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Foiano della Chiana, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.3 km (roughly 1400 yards), a grocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) and the bus stop at 450 meters (1480 feet). You will reach Villa Rivaflora from the parking area going up a route that includes approximately two stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Villa Rivaflora. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate.
Villa Rivaflora is tended by the owner, who resides in an apartment that is part of the villa.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.60 meters (5.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, two sun umbrellas and sun loungers. This area is also equipped with two small sofas and two armchairs. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. The swimming pool area is partly shaded by a characteristic porch and by awnings. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the garden and of the greenery. The pool is open from the end of April until the last Saturday of September.
Patio
The patio is 500 square meters (5380 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with benches and with a table and chairs. In the patio you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table and a football table. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue, as well as a fitness area equipped with an exercise bike, a cross trainer, a treadmill, a home gym and a fitness bench.
Garden with jacuzzi pool
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet). It features a heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with six seats. (please note that use of the jacuzzi pool is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). The garden is partly shaded by trees. The garden is equipped with benches, as well as with tables, chairs and a gazebo.
Wellness room
You will be able to enter the wellness room from the patio through an external access. In the wellness room you will find a sauna. Please note that use of the wellness facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the patio through an external access. Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the patio through an external access. Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are classic, featuring some antique pieces, and include sofas and two armchairs. There is a big fireplace. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through two French doors.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. The ceiling of the kitchen is barrel-vaulted. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, an American-style refrigerator with ice-maker, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room also has a small arched window.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the living room. First FloorBedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a sofa, a bedroom chair, a wood bench and a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace, which is equipped with table and chairs, through a French door. The room also has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a safe.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 3
The third bathroom is decorated with mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hydromassage shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
