Villa Kalithea it is a new and contemporary stonemade private Villa of 265 square meters in two levels with four bedrooms and four bathroooms one kitchen, one WC and one living room, with private pool of 50 square meters comvertible to out or to in door heating pool.
Villa Kalithea offer unlimited overlook the Gulf of Falasarna and the unique sunset at the ocean will exiting you all year seasons.
The heating of the pool is charged with the extra cost of 80 euros per day. (excluded)

It is 800 meters away from the village of Platanos, 4 km away from Falasarna Beach, 8 km from Kissamos City, 17km from Balos Lagoon, 39 km from Elafonishi beach, 45 km from the city of Chania (52 km from the airport of Chania and 180 km from airport of Heraklion)
