It oozes character, not least thanks to a perfect restoration of a Medieval chapel which has been turned into an elegant living room. Guests have a private infinity swimming pool to enjoy measuring 63 square metres. Not only that. There is also a hot tub too and a beautiful terrace with views over the surrounding hills. Both are open from May until October.

The Space:
The accommodation in this Emilia Romagna villa is laid out over two floors. In total there are five double bedrooms. All are furnished with kingsize beds and all are contemporary in style. The first of these bedrooms is on the ground floor whilst the others are found on the first floor of the house. Each bedroom has a luxurious ensuite bathroom, either with shower or with both shower and bath tub.

The living areas are just as beautiful as the sleeping quarters. Guests staying at this Emilia Romagna villa enjoy not one but two living rooms. There is also an elegant dining room and a well equipped contemporary kitchen. We particularly love the private bar area where guests can enjoy an aperitif each evening.

It is within an exclusive resort where there are five other villas as well as hotel rooms. Each enjoys complete privacy. This location has some real benefits though. It means that guests enjoy all the benefits of a self catered villa with all the luxuries of a hotel. For example, as well as your own private pool, should you wish to, guests can also receive access to the other resort pools on site as well as the on site spa for an additional fee. Whilst guests have a fully equipped kitchen in the property, there are two restaurants and a trattoria on site which guests are welcome to enjoy. The food at each is exceptional, making the most of the delicious, fresh produce grown within the estate. There is also a stylish bar within the main house on the estate and a wine cellar should guests wish to enjoy a wine tasting during their stay.
